The Three of Pentacles is associated with teamwork, planning, and competence. Jet seems to fit that bill, as he's the oldest, wisest, and most sensible of the Bebop crew. (That might not be saying much.) I'm always amused when he's discomfited by various people or events, however. His behavior in these situations is too cute.
