Yukino is a funny character; she appears sweet and innocent but is actually quite spunky. Kind of like a chocolate-covered pretzel. =D Yukino's social development in Kareshi to Kanojo no Jijyou is remarkable, which is why she signifies direction change, assessment, and reward. The Yukino in blue is the distiniguished student, while the Yukino in red is the manipulative daugher and older sister. Her actual direction change involves combining the two personalities.
